This SOG Terminus XR G10 Black pocket knife is a fully ambidextrous EDC pocket knife which can be used for various cutting tasks. The blade is made of D2 steel which has a good hardness of 58-60 HRC, which provides good cutting-edge retention. As a result, you can use the pocket knife for a long time without having to sharpen it. But even sharpening it is easily done thanks to how soft the steel is. The steel is wear resistant, which results in a maintenance-free knife. There’s a thumb stud and a flipper on the blade, so you can easily flip it open and close it. The XR lock ensures the blade will stay in place firmly and it can take quite a lot of force.
The grip on this SOG Terminus XR G10 Black pocket knife is made of two G10 scales with a mild texture for added grip. It has a lightly curved shape that feels great to hold in your hands and which can take quite a lot of force. G10 is a very strong material with decent wear resistance and it is well-known for having a low water absorption rate. This means it is effectively water-repellent, so it can comfortably be used outdoors. There’s an interchangeable carry clip on the end of the grip.
